Why does provisioning work well here?
Our Simpson Bay maison sits on the lagoon, which is one of the largest inland lagoons in the Caribbean and the place most of the island's charter fleet ties up. The bakery is a short run from the marinas, and the ovens are already going at four in the morning. Delivering warm bread to a boat at six is not a special arrangement for us. It is the same bake, a few minutes earlier.

Do you work with villa managers and concierges?
Regularly, and it is the easiest version of this. If you manage several properties, we can hold a standard list per villa and simply switch it on for each arrival. Tell us that in the inquiry and we will set it up that way from the start.

Such a cool spot for a quick and deliciously prepared sweet breakfast experience. The pastries were just right, not too sweet, clearly scratch made, and the coffee beverages done well. The waterfront eating area out back, complete with friendly resident iguanas, was the icing on the cake.
Amazing bakery. You can't go wrong with any of the food here. Chef knows what they are doing. Lamination they achieve is likely difficult in this tropical climate, but everything that should be flaky, is spot on. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
