For nearly 20 years, La Sucrière has had the joy of serving this community with freshly baked breads, croissants, pastries, and coffee, made from scratch every morning and served with a smile. Seven days a week, from 5:45 a.m., our dedicated team is already at work so that your day can start with something warm, fresh, and made with care.

Keeping that promise has become more challenging. The cost of ingredients, materials, packaging, and utilities has kept climbing, and the recent increases in GEBE prices have been especially significant. To keep baking the way we always have, we are adjusting the prices on a number of our products. We thought about this carefully, and we made this choice so that the quality, freshness, and consistency you know from La Sucrière stay exactly as they are.

One thing that will never change is how we look after our team. We are proud that 100% of every tip goes directly to our staff. Tipping is always your choice, and even $0.25, $0.50, or $1.00 makes a real difference to the people who greet you by name each morning and make La Sucrière feel like home.

Every visit you make supports a local business that provides work for nearly 30 people and their families. Your loyalty keeps local jobs, local families, and a local bakery thriving in the community it has been part of for almost two decades.
