Which channel should you use?

1. WhatsApp, for anything with a date on itPickup confirmations, order changes, a delivery running late, a question at seven in the morning. This is the channel the island actually runs on.
2. The form on this page, for anything with detailCatering, weddings, wholesale, provisioning. Write it once, properly, and it reaches the right person with your phone number attached.
3. Email, for documents and invoicesQuotes, purchase orders, accounts. contact@la-sucriere.com.
4. Phone, if you would rather speak+1 (721) 544 3549. Both maisons share the line, so call inside opening hours.

What happens after you send the form?

It lands with our team in Sint Maarten immediately. A person reads it, and you get a reply within one business day, usually sooner. We will ask questions if we need to rather than guessing, and nothing is charged or committed until you have agreed a price.

Do you keep my details?

We keep what you send us so we can answer you and handle your order. We do not sell it, we do not pass it to anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list from an inquiry. If you would like us to delete your details, ask and we will.
