Why order ahead?

Because the things people want most are the things that sell out. Almond croissants and pecan croissants usually go by mid morning, and faster at weekends and through high season. Ordering ahead means a specific count of a specific item, set aside, instead of whatever is left.

How it works

1. Send the requestUse the form below. Items, day, time and which maison. A phone number matters, because that is how we confirm.
2. We replyUsually within a few hours, always within one business day. If something is not possible we will say so and suggest the nearest thing that is.
3. Payment is arrangedCash, card or transfer, depending on the size of the order. Nothing is confirmed until this step is agreed.
4. Collect, or we deliverWalk in, give your name, and it is ready. For catering and larger orders we can deliver island wide for a quoted fee.

What can you order ahead?

• Boxes of croissants and viennoiserie, by the dozen or by the count.
• Baguettes, sourdough rounds and cereal loaves in quantity.
• Whole tarts, cakes and cheesecakes, with writing if you want it.
• Sandwich platters, quiche and salads for a lunch.
• Burger buns, hot dog buns, sliders and dinner rolls for a barbecue or a kitchen.
• Standing daily orders for a villa, a boat or an office.

Is a request the same as a confirmed order?

No, and we say so plainly because it matters. Sending the form starts the conversation. The order becomes real once we have replied and payment is arranged, which is usually a short exchange on WhatsApp. Nothing is charged automatically and nothing is baked on a guess.
