How much is a croissant at La Sucrière?
A plain butter croissant is $2.50 and an almond croissant is $3.00. The full list of every viennoiserie, with its counter price in US dollars, is on this page. Prices are the same at both the Simpson Bay and the Philipsburg maison.
How much is a baguette in Sint Maarten at La Sucrière?
A baguette is $1.75. It is baked on the island every morning rather than imported frozen, and it is the item we sell most of.
Are these prices current?
Yes. This page is the live counter price list and is updated when prices change. We adjusted prices on a number of products in 2026 because of ingredient, packaging and GEBE utility costs, and we explained exactly why in our letter to customers.
Do the Simpson Bay and Philipsburg bakeries charge the same prices?
Yes. Both maisons are supplied by the same overnight bake and sell at the same counter prices. Only the opening hours differ: Simpson Bay opens at 6 AM daily, Philipsburg at 7 AM Monday to Saturday.
Can I order from the price list ahead of time?
Yes. Pickup orders need 24 hours of notice, catering 48 hours, celebration cakes 72 hours and wedding cakes about 4 weeks. Leave your details on this page or message the counter on WhatsApp.
Does La Sucrière take card?
Yes, at both maisons. Prices on this list are quoted in US dollars.
