What do offices usually order?

Three things, in this order. A Monday or Friday morning viennoiserie tray for the whole office. A platter for a meeting where clients are in the room. And a box of something good when a deal closes or someone leaves.

1. The standing breakfastA fixed tray on the same morning each week. Croissants, pain au chocolat, a couple of almond croissants for the people who always take them, and baguette with butter and jam.
2. The meeting platterMini viennoiserie and savoury bites that can sit on a table for two hours without wilting, plus a sweet finish. Nothing that needs a fork.
3. The sandwich lunchBaguette sandwiches cut in halves with quiche and a salad. One and a quarter sandwiches per person is the number that works.
4. Client giftingA boxed selection of macarons or patisserie with a card. The Caribbean version of a good bottle, and considerably more memorable at nine in the morning.

Can we set up a weekly order and forget about it?

That is the point. Tell us the day, the headcount and the tray, and it simply arrives. Change it by message when the team grows or when half the office is off island. Billing can be consolidated monthly so your finance person receives one invoice rather than twelve.

Do you deliver to offices in Philipsburg and on the French side?

Yes to both. Philipsburg, Cole Bay, Simpson Bay, Cupecoy and Maho are all short runs, and we deliver into Marigot and Grand Case as well. Our Philipsburg maison on Hendrikstraat is next to the Courthouse, which makes it a practical collection point for offices in town.
